Hyderabad: Deepa Jewellers Limited has fixed a price band of Rs 168 to Rs 177 per equity share of face value Rs 2 each for its initial public offering (IPO) that opens for subscription on September 1, 2026, and closes on September 3. The shares are proposed to list on BSE and NSE.The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares of up to Rs 250 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 11,848,340 shares by promoter shareholders Ashish Agarwal and Seema Agarwal, who will each sell up to 5,924,170 shares.The offer is being made through the book-building route, with up to 50% reserved for qualified institutional buyers, at least 15% for non-institutional investors and at least 35% for retail investors.The Hyderabad-based jeweller said the proceeds of the fresh issue will fund its long-term working capital needs for procurement, maintenance and inventory expansion, besides general corporate purposes and offer expenses.Investors may bid for a minimum of 84 shares and in multiples of 84 thereafter. The company has 82 million shares outstanding.Incorporated in 2016, Deepa Jewellers is a B2B designer, processor and supplier of hallmarked gold jewellery, operating mainly in Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.Its portfolio includes vaddanam, CNC machine-cut bangles, kada, armlets, necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets. As of July 31, 2026, the jeweller had 16 products, 110 SKUs and 373 customers across 13 states and one Union territory.Its profit after tax for financial year 2025-26 rose to around Rs 105 crore from a little over Rs 24 crore. This was on revenue from operations of nearly Rs 1,927 crore in FY26 from around Rs 1,025 crore in FY24.
