T’puram: As a retort to the UDF govt’s report, CPM will release a white paper on state’s finances during the 10 years of the LDF govt. The document — ‘white paper of facts’ — will be released by leader of opposition Pinarayi Vijayan at AKG Centre here on Tuesday.The white paper has been prepared by AKG Centre for Research and Studies.“The white paper of facts will expose the lies behind UDF’s argument that the state was reeling under debt in the last 10 years. This white paper is an effort to once again present to the public the achievements Kerala had made under the LDF govt,” said AKG Study and Research Centre director C N Mohanan.
