Congress MP Angomcha Bimol Akoijam appeared before Delhi Police after being summoned to join the investigation into allegations of sexual harassment involving female students at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). Reacting to the case, Akoijam said it had been political from the beginning and stated that he would cooperate with the investigation. He also said the law should take its own course. The allegations remain subject to the ongoing investigation.
