Gorakhpur: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday directed the officials to take stringent action against negligence in handling land-related complaints, warning them that laxity at any level would not be tolerated.While listening to matters of land disputes, he instructed the district administration officials to initiate disciplinary action, including suspension where warranted, against those found negligent in resolving such cases.The CM listened to grievances of around 150 people during Janata Darshan program at the Gorakhnath Temple on Wednesday. Several complainants alleged inaction by revenue officials in land dispute matters, prompting the CM to seek immediate corrective measures from the administration.Assuring citizens of the govt support, Yogi said that no needy person should feel helpless, emphasizing that the state stands firmly with every deserving individual. He also directed the officials to ensure that all eligible beneficiaries receive Ayushman Bharat health cards so that they can access medical treatment without financial hardship.In cases involving serious illnesses, CM Yogi assured the applicants that additional financial assistance would be provided from the discretionary fund if required. He also ordered prompt action in a case where a woman alleged, she had been forcibly dispossessed of her house, directing the concerned officials to restore her possession.Earlier in the morning, Yogi visited the temple cowshed, fed cattle, and interacted warmly with children visiting the temple premises.
