Lucknow: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will launch LDA’s Varun Vihar and Naimish Nagar housing schemes with other housing schemes on Sept 24. The online registration for 3,105 residential plots will also open on the day.The programme will be held at Dona village in Varun Vihar.Varun Vihar, spread over nearly 6,580 acres along the Agra Expressway near Mohan Road, will have 1,926 plots in its first phase. Naimish Nagar, spread over around 3,600 acres along IIM Road and Sitapur Road in Bakshi Ka Talab, will have 1,179 plots in its first phase.The CM will also lay the foundation stones for five multi-storey apartment projects.Lake View Apartments in Viraj Khand, Gomti Nagar, will have 646 3BHK-plus-study flats, each measuring 2,300 sq ft. All flats have been allotted through a lottery.Park View Apartments in Basant Kunj will have 364 3BHK and 3BHK-plus-study/servant units measuring 154 to 195 sq metres. The flats are priced between Rs 75 lakh and Rs 95 lakh.Aishbagh Square on Mill Road will have 384 3BHK-plus-servant/study flats of around 1,900 sq ft, with prices starting at Rs 1.11 crore.
