Global law firm Freshfields has advised Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group) Co., Ltd. (Chaozhou Three-Circle) on the Hong Kong and US law aspects of its global offering and listing of H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“HKSE”). The offer size of the global offering of Chaozhou Three-Circle was approximately US$912 million (upon full exercise of the over-allotment option, the offering size will reach approximately US$1.05 billion).
With over fifty-five years of operating history, Chaozhou Three-Circle has developed a diversified product portfolio spanning four core categories – electronic and ceramic materials, electronic components, telecommunication components, and equipment components.
The company focuses on foundational materials, critical components and high-end devices and assemblies across key application areas including telecommunication, AI and data centres, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, semiconductor manufacturing and packaging, new energy and intelligent industrial control.
