T’puram: House listing activities under the Census 2027 exercise will continue until July 30, with the first phase of enumeration having commenced across the district on July 1.The first phase of the census focuses on preparing a comprehensive inventory of buildings and households. Enumerators are collecting information on the condition of houses, household amenities, assets and other basic housing-related details.The second phase of the census will involve population enumeration. Officials are using the Census-2027 HLO mobile application for data collection. Residents have been asked to provide information based on their current place of residence.District collector Anu Kumari urged the public to extend full cooperation to enumerators visiting households for the census exercise. She also sought the support of residents’ associations to ensure smooth completion of the house listing operations within the stipulated time.
