Aizawl: Mizoram Police seized drugs worth over Rs 8.54 crore at three locations in Champhai and Aizawl on Saturday, IGP and chief public relations officer H Ramthlengliana said on Monday.In the biggest seizure, the Champhai district special police task force recovered 9.796kg of methamphetamine, valued at Rs 7.83 crore, from a truck on the Champhai-Aizawl section of National Highway 6 around 1.30pm.Ramthlengliana said.The truck, driven by Vanlalruatsaka (32) of Melbuk village in Champhai district, was travelling from Champhai to Aizawl.
