Navi Mumbai: A 19-year-old pre-sea cadet identified as Somnath Singh Shivam, a student pursuing first-year BSc Nautical Science at TS Chanakya campus of Indian Maritime University in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, tragically died on Thursday, allegedly after falling from the halfway window of the third floor of the hostel building on the campus.
