Chennai: With hardly a day left to apply for revaluation, parents of CBSE Class XII students continued to face issues with the web portal on Sunday — from pages freezing to unending reloading. “The deadline is likely to be extended to another day,” a school head said. CBSE regional office said that the issues were pertaining to website traffic and that several students were able to successfully apply. Kanpur: Around two dozen candidates appearing for the first shift of the B.Ed entrance examination at Prof. HN Mishra College of Education in MacRobertganj, Kanpur, fell into a drain after a dilapidated concrete slab near an examination centre suddenly caved in. Mohali: The Punjab and Haryana high court has stayed the transfer of Kharar municipal council executive officer (EO) Sukhdev Singh and issued a notice of motion to the Punjab govt.
