Lucknow: Lucknow University on Monday announced that teachers of affiliated colleges will be allowed to pursue part time PhD programmes from the next session. The decision was taken in a meeting between the vice-chancellor Prof JP Saini and Lucknow University Associated Colleges Teachers’ Association (LUACTA) representatives.Saini said an online portal is being developed to ensure timely payment to teachers for evaluation of answer sheets. Berhampore: The BSF has pushed back 17 Bangladeshi nationals into Bangladesh through the Raninagar border point.
