Chennai: The Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has dusted off one of its old projects to develop a commercial complex with premium retail and office space on 100 Feet Road near Arumbakkam metro station. Though the project was initially announced in 2019 along with another similar development in Ekkaduthangal, it was shelved due to lack of interest. Ahmedabad: Sleuths from the Directorate of Enforcement’s (ED) Hyderabad zonal office raided six locations in Ahmedabad on Feb 4 in connection with large-scale call centre racket that allegedly targeted foreign nationals, mainly US citizens for fraud. According to a release from ED, items seized include crypto wallets and cash, among other valuables. Noida: A delivery executive died after his e-scooter collided with an auto-rickshaw near Sector 62 on Monday morning. Police said a car reversing on the road collided with the oncoming auto-rickshaw, which overturned and crushed the scooter that was next to it. The scooter rider, Ghulam (22), was critically injured as shards from the auto’s broken windscreen slit his throat, causing severe bleeding.
