Kolkata: The Calcutta High Court on Tuesday granted interim protection against coercive action to former TMC MLA Atin Ghosh till Aug 14 in a land scam case.Justice Tirthankar Ghosh is scheduled to hear the matter on Aug 10.The complaint was filed against Ghosh by a Bidhannagar resident alleging that when Ghosh was the deputy mayor of KMC, he allegedly snatched a piece of land at a nominal price.
