In a Feb 17 office memorandum, the department noted instances where demolition activities were carried out without following prescribed norms and procedures. Hyderabad: Two friends were killed and three others injured after the SUV they were travelling in rammed an unidentified vehicle near Raikal in Shadnagar on Wednesday.
