Hyderabad: A 42-year-old labourer was allegedly stabbed to death by his wife in Mandamarri town of Mancherial district on Tuesday morning. The deceased was identified as Mohammed Moin, a resident of Shanthi Nagar in Mandamarri.According to police officials, at around 5.30 am on Tuesday, neighbours heard screams from Moin’s house and rushed to the spot.
