Jaipur: Exposing an alleged corruption racket in the sterilisation and vaccination of stray dogs, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Monday arrested a JMC computer operator while he was accepting Rs 4 lakh as bribe on behalf of two senior veterinary officers.
