Surat:A three-storey house in Gopipura caught fire on Monday afternoon, prompting a swift response from the Surat Fire and Emergency Services. Officials said a call reporting the blaze was received around 1.06pm, following which teams from three fire stations were dispatched.The fire broke out on the second floor of the house in Chandulal Master Sheri. Firefighters began operations immediately and brought the flames under control after more than an hour. Vadodara: A five-year-old boy died and two women were injured after a biker knocked them down on Makarpura Road on Sunday.The incident occurred near Sussain Circle when Juhi Valand was crossing the road with her son, Dharva, and her friend, Abhashar Saiyad. An unidentified biker hit them, leaving all three injured.Dharva was rushed to hospital but succumbed to his injuries. The Manjalpur Police have registered an FIR against the unidentified biker.
