T’puram: A case of alleged medical negligence has been reported after death of two-and-a-half-year-old Ayesha Fathima, following treatment at a private hospital in Kattakada. Acting on a complaint filed by her parents, Aryanadu police registered a case for unnatural death. According to her parents, Fathima was first taken to the hospital on Wednesday with fever and was sent home after primary care. Kolkata: A day after a snag in the Digi Yatra system inconvenienced passengers at the city airport, flyers used the seamless recognition facility without any hitch on Monday. A major snowstorm has slammed parts of the East Coast. On Monday, about 40 million people were under a blizzard warning in states like New York City, Boston, Philadelphia and Long Island, and more than 600,00 homes and businesses were without power. Massachusetts is the hardest hit state with nearly 300,000 without power, followed by New Jersey, where about 125,000 are without power.
