Bokaro: An 18-year-old girl was reunited with her family within 24 hours after she had left home. Her parents lodged a missing complaint at Sector 12 police station. They informed the police that their daughter was upset as her birthday was not celebrated the way she wanted. Police launched a search, scanning CCTV footage and gathering inputs, DSP (City) Alok Ranjan said. Kolkata: Seventy-three mobiles, DVR of a CCTV system and two exchange phones, together worth Rs 20.3 lakh, were reportedly stolen from a shop in Beniapukur. In his complaint at Beniapukur PS, the owner, Shamushuddin Ahmed, said he shut the shop at 11.45 pm on Friday and discovered the theft after opening his shop about 10.30 am on Saturday.
