Reasi, Aug 20 : Security forces on Thursday launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in remote areas of Pouni in Reasi district following reports of suspicious movement.Sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that locals spotted some suspicious persons in the area and immediately alerted the police.They said that following the information, joint teams of the police, Army and Special Operations Group (SOG) launched a CASO in the suspected area and adjoining locations. “Security personnel are conducting searches to trace the suspected individuals and ascertain their identity and movement,” they added.—(KNO) Source link
