The large Boeing Globemaster with the U.S. registered tail number 07-7181 had flown directly from Riga in Latvia and landed in Moscow. Regional transport offices issued notices to 331 drivers for failing Marathi knowledge MUMBAI: Regional transport offices (RTOs) across Maharashtra on Monday issued notices to 331 autorickshaw and taxi drivers, including 139 in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), for failing to demonstrate the required working knowledge of Marathi, officials said.During Monday’s statewide drive, RTO officials checked 1,392 autorickshaw and taxi drivers in the MMR and found 139 lacking the required Marathi proficiency.
