A judge in the western Pskov region has disqualified the liberal Yabloko party’s list of candidates from the upcoming regional assembly elections, the party said on Tuesday evening. The regional ban follows Russia’s Supreme Court ruling last week to reject Yabloko’s final appeal against a nationwide ban barring its candidate list from the State Duma elections next month. Hyderabad: Flying out of Hyderabad to any Indian city is set to get cheaper, with the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority (AERA) reducing the User Development Fee (UDF) for domestic departing passengers at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport from Rs 750 to Rs 515.But there is a catch. For the first time, domestic passengers arriving in Hyderabad will also have to pay a UDF. Until now, passengers flying into the city were not charged the fee.
