Shillong: Three children were electrocuted in Ri Bhoi district on Wednesday after touching a fallen power line.The incident occurred around 2 pm at Umtangling village under Umiam police station, when the children came in contact with a live 11kV overhead power line that snapped and fell across a village road.All three died on the spot, officials said.
