Patna: Over 36 lakh applications for certificates and other citizen services submitted through Bihar’s panchayats were disposed of in the past two years, with the RTPS portal achieving a disposal rate of about 97%, the panchayati raj department said on Thursday.The RTPS portal offers 64 public services, including issuance of caste, income, residential, birth and death certificates, among others.
