Shillong: Two brothers were killed and at least eight others injured after lightning struck during a football match at Mawsnaphvir village in Meghalaya’s West Khasi Hills district on Tuesday.The incident occurred around 3pm, when heavy rain and lightning hit the area. Udupi: Brahmavar police have arrested three persons associated with a Mangaluru-based finance firm for allegedly charging exorbitant interest and harassing borrowers over unpaid instalments.
