Vadodara: A contracted worker of Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd (GSFC) died in a carbon dioxide gas leak at the plant on Monday morning. The incident occurred in the urea plant area around 11.30am.Police said 41-year-old Ghanshyam Gohil was rushed to hospital with another victim, Keyur Parmar. “Prima facie, Gohil died due to inhaling the gas that had leaked from a tank,” said Ravi Prajapati, police inspector, Chhani.According to police, 28-year-old Parmar was the first to inhale the gas and fell unconscious.
