New Delhi: Aiming to eliminate bulk transportation of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) through roads by 2030, the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) has initiated the bidding process for new pipeline infrastructure connecting refineries, import terminals and bottling plants.
