Dimapur: Continued heavy rain has raised the threat of waterlogging and flooding in Dimapur’s low-lying and vulnerable areas.Dimapur District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) on Tuesday urged residents to remain alert and monitor sudden rises in water levels in drains, nallahs and other channels.The advisory, issued by deputy commissioner and DDMA chairperson Tinojongshi Chang, asked people to avoid unnecessary travel during downpours, particularly through waterlogged or flood-prone areas. Patna: Traffic movement between Station Road Golambar and Dak Bungalow roundabout has been changed to facilitate construction of the Patna Junction Metro Station.
