Patna: Traffic movement between Station Road Golambar and Dak Bungalow roundabout has been changed to facilitate construction of the Patna Junction Metro Station. Under the new arrangement, vehicles travelling from Patna Junction towards Dak Bungalow roundabout will use an alternative road developed inside the Buddha Smriti Park complex.The revised system came into effect on Tuesday night after officials inspected the alternative route. T’puram: The city corporation has begun implementing a multi-pronged strategy to tackle the stray dog menace, with a new shelter home near Kattakada already becoming operational and preliminary steps being taken to identify designated feeding spots in the city.The new shelter, which is the first among the additional facilities being developed as part of the corporation’s revised stray dog management strategy, currently accommodates around 150 stray dogs.
