Vadodara: A resident doctor of GMERS Medical College and Hospital in Gotri drowned on the outskirts of the city on Monday morning. Dr Darshan Dodiya had gone to the Narmada canal near Bhimpura village with his two friends for an outing when he slipped into the canal and drowned.The medical college authorities said that the 26-year-old was a native of Khambhat.
