Pune: Veteran politician and NCP (SP) president Sharad Pawar was on Monday evening admitted to a private hospital in the city with chest congestion. Doctors in the hospital said Pawar’s condition is stable.The 85-year-old Rajya Sabha member was accompanied by wife Pratibha Pawar, daughter Supriya Sule, son-in-law Sadanand Sule and grandnephew Rohit Pawar to Ruby Hall Clinic around 4pm. Chennai: FMCG major Dabur India will break ground for its first factory in south India at Tindivanam in Tamil Nadu on Thursday. Bidar: A homemaker, unable to bear the harassment at her husband’s house, died by suicide by hanging herself at her home in Om Nagar, behind the bus stand, in Basavakalyan town in Bidar district on Saturday. The deceased is Anjanabai, 22. The parents of the deceased, alleged in their complaint that their daughter was harassed by her husband’s family and even forced her into prostitution.
