Assam elections: Congress releases second candidate list, leaves out 15 seats for alliance partners

Ahead of the assembly elections in Assam, Congress on Saturday released its second list of candidates while leaving out 15 seats for its alliance partners in the poll-bound state. In the previous list by the grand old party, Congress has already declared a list of 42 candidates. Assam has 126 assembly seats.
