New Delhi: Corporate Hospital chain, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited, reported a 18 per cent year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated revenue at Rs 6,605 crore for the quarter ended March this year.

Ebitda for the quarter stood at Rs 1,017 crore at 16.7 per cent operating margin, while net profit surged 36 per cent to Rs 529 crore, compared to Rs 390 crore in Q4 FY25.

In Q4, revenue from base business (Hospitals) expanded 16 per cent YoY to Rs 3,268 crore with an ebitda of Rs 781 crore. However, operating marin contracted by 45 basis points to 23.8 per cent.

As on March 2026, Apollo Hospitals had 8,131 operating beds with an overall occupancy of 68 per cent in Q4 FY26 compared to 67 per cent from the year ago quarter.

Among geographies, Karnataka reported the highest average revenue per patient (ARPP) at Rs 1.95 lakh, while bed occupancy was highest in the eastern cluster at 77 per cent.

Apollo’s retail healthcare and diagnostic services reported gross revenue of Rs 489 crore, up 24 per cent YoY, while omni-channel pharmacy business clocked Rs 2,848 crore.

For the full financial year FY26, consolidated revenue grew 16 per cent YoY to Rs 25,229 crore with a net profit of Rs 1,942 crore.

During the second half of FY26, the hospital chain launched four hospitals and said it is on track to execute its upcoming hospital projects in Hyderabad and Sonarpur, Kolkata.

The group is progressing with the previously announced demerger of its pharmacy and digital health businesses with a potential listing target by Q4 FY27, subject to the required regulatory approvals.

For FY26, Apollo’s board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 10 per equity share.

“Our investments in technology are focused on improving clinical outcomes, supporting our doctors, and we continue to strengthen specialised care across oncology, neurosciences, transplantation, and emergency care,” said Dr. Prathap C Reddy, Chairman, Apollo Hospitals.

“Looking ahead, our priorities remain clear — disciplined operationalisation of new capacities, sustained focus on our core hospital business, and continued momentum across emerging businesses,” he added.
