Vadodara: A collision between a trailer and an LPG tanker triggered a major traffic jam on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway on Tuesday, a day after the accident occurred near Padra taluka.The trailer rammed into the LPG tanker late Monday night. Though no one was injured, the possibility of an LPG leak sparked panic in the area. Fire brigade personnel and district authorities rushed to the spot and began safely transferring the LPG from the damaged tanker. With the tanker blocking the expressway, traffic came to a standstill, resulting in long queues of vehicles.The tanker was eventually removed from the expressway on Tuesday, following which traffic movement was restored.
