Abhimanyu Kharb has joined managed accommodation company Stanza Living as General Counsel, moving from Reliance Consumer Products Limited, where he was senior legal counsel.
Kharb brings over 15 years of legal and compliance experience across sectors including consumer goods, pharma, healthcare, steel, infrastructure, real estate and alco-bev, with experience spanning the GCC, APAC, Americas and Africa.
In his new role at Stanza Living, Kharb will focus on strengthening the company’s legal function and working closely with the business as it continues to expand.
Stanza Living, in a LinkedIn post announcing the appointment, said Kharb brings expertise across commercial contracts, intellectual property rights, M&A and compliance.
“At Stanza Living, Abhimanyu will help strengthen our legal function and work closely with the business as we continue to grow and build for what’s next,” Stanza Living noted.
“Across consumer goods, pharma, healthcare, steel, infrastructure, real estate and alco-bev, and multiple geographies, I’ve learned what great legal functions make possible. My goal here is simple: build one that helps Stanza grow faster, safer and smarter,” Kharb noted.
Before joining Stanza Living, Kharb was associated with Reliance Consumer Products. His earlier career includes legal and compliance roles across companies including GSK, Bacardi, ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel, Diageo and Philips.
Stanza Living operates in the managed accommodation and co-living space, with residences for students and young working professionals across multiple Indian cities. The company was founded in 2017 and has expanded from its initial Delhi residences to a network spanning more than 24 cities.
