One of the highlights of the day was the mango tasting session, where visitors sat under the shade of sprawling aam ke baaghs, relishing chilled Malihabad mangoes served from tubs of cold water. The mango varieties that they enjoyed eating included Mokambo, Gulabkhas, Amrapali, Miyazaki, Ambika and Rajbhog, comparing the distinct flavour, aroma and texture of each.— Amina Ashraf
