Calangute: Two persons who were wanted in connection with the murder case of Gujarat native Rajbhar Ravinarayan Ramdarshanbhai, 29, on March 28 at Calangute, were arrested in Chattisgarh and brought to Goa on transit remand on Friday evening. Aditya Prasad and Bhavdeep Sahu, were produced before the Mapusa JMFC on Saturday and have been remanded in five days police custody.The victim was allegedly killed by one of his own companions at around 5.30am on March 28 in a guest house in Tivai Vaddo, Calangute. He was part of a group of friends from Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh who had come to Goa to work in casinos.They reportedly had a quarrel after the victim objected to some comments they made about his girlfriend with whom he was having a WhatsApp video conversation. The quarrel turned violent during which the victim was severely assaulted, due to which he ran out of the guest house with his friends in hot pursuit. He entered the premises of a resort in the vicinity where his friends caught him by the poolside and one of them, identified as Komal Baraskar, repeatedly stabbed him with a knife.
