Thiruvananthapuram: UDF convener Adoor Prakash met AICC chief Mallikarjun Kharge and discussed his claim that there was inadequate consultation among UDF constituents. After the meeting in New Delhi, Prakash confirmed that he had submitted a complaint on the matter but refused further comments. The complaint comes days after Prakash publicly criticised CM V D Satheesan, alleging that key decisions were being taken without adequate consultation within the front.Prakash had earlier maintained that his criticism of Satheesan was based on his experience. He also said he was not seeking the support of any individual or faction and would convey his concerns directly to AICC. Prakash is likely to meet LS opposition leader Rahul Gandhi. Before meeting Kharge, he met AICC general secretary Deepa Dasmunshi who is in-charge of the party’s affairs in Keralam.Meanwhile, KPCC chief Sunny Joseph, who is also in New Delhi, met Kharge and held discussions. He too refused to give details about his discussions. “I discussed relevant political matters and present issues with Kharge,” he said.
