Colva: Colva police have registered an FIR against three persons in connection with an alleged assault, criminal trespass and threats to kill a man in a property dispute.The complainant, Ashok Vaid, told police that Ravi Shetty, Sangita Gowda, Prabhakar Gowda and 12 others allegedly formed an unlawful assembly in front of his residence at Colva. They broke open the main gate of the compound, forcibly entered the property and assaulted Vaid with weapons, leaving him injured. He also alleged that they threatened to kill him.Colva PI Tulsidas Naik said that notices have been served on the accused, directing them to appear before the police. Police are currently interrogating them to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the alleged unrest and assault.Further investigation is underway.
