Kanpur: Three members of a family were injured when the roof, a wall and a tin shed of their mud house collapsed in Paharpur village of Auraiya district around 4 am on Tuesday.According to police, one of the victims, Angad (45), sustained serious injuries, while his wife Sunita (40) and daughter Saumya (12) suffered minor injuries.Villagers rushed to the spot after hearing their screams and began rescue efforts before informing Sahar police.Station house officer Ganesh Gupta reached the spot with police personnel and took the injured to the Community Health Centre in Sahar, where they received primary treatment.Doctors later referred all three to a hospital in Chichauli for further treatment.Gupta said the injured were undergoing treatment and that further investigation into the incident is underway.
