Nagpur: An unknown thief broke the iron shutter of a bar and restaurant in Godhani and stole foreign liquor bottles along with cash totalling nearly Rs20,000, police said on Saturday.Complainant Sagar Mankar (40), manager of the bar, told police that he secured the main shutter and left. When he returned the next day, he found the iron shutter of the main door forced open.The thief had entered the premises and taken away eight bottles of imported and Indian-made foreign liquor besides cash Rs12,500 kept at the counter.Mankapur police registered a case on the complainant’s report. The accused remains unidentified and is yet to be arrested.Police station staffers inspected the spot on Friday evening.
