Kolkata: Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS)-affiliated Paschimbanga Visvavidyalaya Karmachari Sangh (PVKS) and Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) will debut in organising Vishwakarma Puja on Jadavpur University main campus and Salt Lake campus.Usually, Vishwakarma Puja is held at different workshops. Staffers of maintenance offices organise it every year on the main campus. On Salt Lake campus, some departments already perform Vishwakarma Puja.Amiyo Mondal, ABVP member and printing engineering student, “This is the first time ABVP is organising Vishwakarma Puja on the Salt Lake campus”Biswajit Deb, PVKS, JU unit secretary, said they would celebrate Vishwakarma Puja in front of Technology Bhavan on Friday.
