BENGALURU: A serial accident revealed the kidnap and murder of a 13-year-old-boy. A car rammed into few vehicles and came to halt after dashing against the walls of service road near Ballari road near Yelahanka Thursday night.Other commuters blocked the car and questioned the driver for his reckless driving. By then, cops arrived on the spot and found that driver Bhaskar Reddy was making contradictory statements and stumbling to answer.Suspecting something was wrong, cops inspected the car and were shocked to find the boy’s body in the dickey. Reddy confessed to have bludgeoned the victim boy-Prajwal his neighbour from Yelahanka.Reddy had kidnapped Prajwal on Thursday and had demanded ransom from Prajwal’s parents. Meanwhile, when Prajwal resisted and tried to escape, Reddy hit his head with a cement brick, resulting in Prajwal’s death.Reddy had planned to drive towards Andhra Pradesh to dump the body, police said.
