Kanpur: A missing 30-year-old mother of three children, who was missing from her home in Maharajpur area of Kanpur since Sept 9, was found staying in a live-in relationship with a 25-year-old woman at a rented accommodation in Panki area by the police.The two were brought to the Maharajpur police station on Wednesday evening, where they refused to return to their families, insisting that they want to continue with their live-in relationship. The two had met each other on Instagram, after which they got in touch and decided to live together, police said quoting their statements.According to police, the woman, a mother of three, had been staying at her parental home before she went missing. Her family filed a missing-person report, following which police launched a search.They said they had met through Instagram about a year ago, remained in regular contact and later decided to live together. Investigators said a young man from Kanpur’s Sarsaul area had helped the women rent the room.Maharajpur police station in charge Janardan Singh said police were investigating all aspects of the case and would take further action in accordance with due procedure.
