Times News NetworkKanpur: In a review meeting held here on Monday, several corporators complained that the files of development projects of their wards had disappeared. They also complained about civic, sanitation, road and lighting problems in their wards.The corporators who made these complaints included Suhail Ahmad, Kaushik Bajpai, Akarsh Bajpai, Anwar Ali, Rashid Mahmood, Susheel Tiwari, Adarsh Gupta, Amit Gupta and others.The corporators also complained about an employee Ashutosh Mishra, who was previously working in the health department but was allegedly removed and was not to be assigned duties but he is still working in Zone-1.Mayor Pramila Pandey directed the officers to remove Ashutosh from Zone-1. She also asked the senior officials that issues raised by corporators such as those related to sanitation, street lighting and other matters be resolved.Municipal commissioner Arpit Upadhyay said action would be taken against the people after conducting investigation regarding the disappearance of the files.
