Times News NetworkKanpur: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is scheduled to arrive in Etawah on a day visit on Sunday, during which he will address a public meeting at the Numaish Pandal and gift district development projects worth about Rs 604 crore.The chief minister will inaugurate 59 projects and lay the foundation stone for 69 projects, taking the total number of development projects in the programme to 128. Officials said Rs 218 crore has been approved for the 59 projects to be inaugurated and Rs 350 crore for the 69 projects for which foundation stones to be laid.Among the key projects, the Chief Minister will inaugurate the Ram Nagar Phatak overbridge built at a cost of Rs 73 crore, on which traffic has already started.

He will also lay the foundation stone for a bridge to be built near Rura village on the Yamuna at a cost of Rs 79 crore.The foundation stone for a transit hostel to be built at the Police Lines at a cost of Rs 49.11 crore will also be laid. A hostel will be built at the Ashram Paddhati Vidyalaya located in Nagla Hiralal at a cost of Rs 2.84 crore. The CM will also inaugurate development works carried out in Nagar Panchayat Ekdil at a cost of Rs 12 crore.Apart from this, the Yogi will also lay the foundation stone for a separate administrative building for cybercrime and inaugurate several drinking water projects in the district.The district administration and the police have completed all preparations for the Chief Minister’s arrival. The public meeting venue at Numaish Pandal has been decorated and seating arrangements were completed. Extensive security arrangements were made under the direction of SSP Brijesh Kumar Shrivastava.The CM’s helicopter will land at the Police Lines. Security arrangements were to remain tight along the entire route from Police Lines to Numaish Pandal, and adequate police force has been deployed at major places in the city.On Saturday, district magistrate Shubhrant Kumar Shukla and SSP Brijesh Kumar Shrivastava inspected the public meeting venue and reviewed the preparations.
