Gurgaon: Haryana govt on Wednesday transferred 17 officers of Department of Town and Country Planning, including senior town planners and district town planners, in a reshuffle affecting Gurgaon, Manesar and Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRera).Sanjay Kumar, senior town planner at Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, has been appointed Gurgaon senior town planner, replacing Renuka Singh. She has been appointed to Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority as senior town planner and has additionally been given charge of Faridabad municipal commissioner. Rajesh Kumar, previously with FMDA, has been appointed senior town planner with MCG against a vacant post.Among district town planner-level transfers, Sunil Kumar, currently with MCG, has been given additional charge of Manesar, replacing Rajinder T Sharma, who moves to Sonipat. Raj Keerti has been transferred from Fatehabad to HRera, Panchkula. Ajmer Singh has been transferred from Sonipat to Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority (PMDA), while Ruby Moun has been moved from PMDA to Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation, Panchkula. Narender Kumar has been transferred from Bhiwani to Rewari, and Mandeep Sihag from Rewari to Fatehabad.The govt has directed all transferred officers to be relieved immediately and join their new postings by July 16, with departments instructed to submit joining and relieving reports without delay. Officers holding additional charge will not receive extra remuneration, the order said.The reshuffle is expected to affect planning approvals, development regulation and enforcement in Gurgaon, where the department oversees licensing and urban development.
