Hyderabad: The Raheja group, Ramky and Yashoda Foundation have come forward to support the govt in the construction of schools in different parts of the state, as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.The representatives of the 3 corporates signed an agreement with the govt in the presence of chief minister A Revanth Reddy at the Secretariat on Saturday.As part of the agreement, Ramky Foundation will contribute 40 per cent of the total cost, amounting to ₹19.66 crore, towards the construction of a new campus in Jawahar Nagar, Medchal-Malkajgiri district. The campus will hold classes from pre-primary to Intermediate-level.As part of the upgradation of the Zilla Parishad High School in Tukkuguda, Ranga Reddy district, Ramky Foundation will also spend ₹10.4 crore for the construction of facilities.The Raheja Group will bear the entire cost of ₹50.5 crore required for the construction of facilities for classes ranging from pre-primary to Intermediate levels in Kondapur.Yashoda Foundation will bear the necessary expenditure of ₹12.20 crore for building facilities at the Mandal Parishad Primary School in Subhash Nagar, Uppal.
