Nagpur: A 43-year-old motorcyclist succumbed to injuries eight days after being hit by a stray cow in the limits of Khaparkheda Police Station.Despite medical efforts, Wasnik breathed his last on Sunday, at approximately 7 am. The incident has once again highlighted the growing menace of stray cattle on roads in rural Nagpur, often leading to fatal accidents.The deceased, identified as Ishwar Wasnik, a resident of Isapur village in Saoner taluka, was riding his motorcycle near Dahegaon Chowk on April 14, around 6.30 pm when a cow suddenly darted across the road and collided with him. He sustained serious injuries and was immediately rushed to a private hospital.An accidental death report was registered at Khaparkheda Police Station.
