Thiruvananthapuram: Due to urgent repair work needed to fix a sudden leak in Kerala Water Authority’s 900 mm pipe near Thattinakam bridge, drinking water supply will be disrupted in several parts of the city. Supply will be completely disrupted on Friday and partially disrupted until May 1.The affected wards are Kazhakkoottam, Chanthavila, Kattayikonam, Sreekaryam, Cheruvakkal, Chellamangalam, Chempazhanthy, Powdikonam, Njandoorkonam, Sainik School, Chengottukonam, Karyavattom, Pangappara, Pallithura, Aatipra, Poundukadavu, Aakkulam, Kulathoor, Alathara, Kuzhivila, Kesavadasapuram, Edavakode, Pattom, Ulloor and Muttada. KWA has advised consumers to take necessary precautions.
