Nagpur: Central Railway has announced six weekend special train services between Mumbai, Pune and Nagpur to cater to the surge in passenger demand during the summer season. Of the total, four services will operate between Mumbai and Nagpur, while two will run between Pune and Nagpur.Train no. 01021 will depart from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus at 12.30am on May 1 and May 3, reaching Nagpur at 3.45pm same day. In return direction, train no. 01022 will leave Nagpur at 9.40pm on same days and arrive at CSMT at 1.50pm the following day. For Pune-Nagpur services, train no. 01467 will depart from Pune Jn at 3.50pm on May 1 and reach Nagpur at 8.05am next day. Train no. 01468 will depart from Nagpur at 7am on May 3 and reach Pune at 11.30pm same day. Bookings for these trains opened on April 29 at reservation centres and online via IRCTC Rail Connect platform. Unreserved tickets can be booked through UTS system, while passengers can also use RailOne app.
